The conference will consist of plenary sessions for invited talks and for oral contributed papers, and poster sessions for contributed papers. Parallel sessions for short oral contributions can be organised if the need arises; interested participants should indicate this on the registration form on this site.

The preferred option for short contributed papers is poster. Posters will be put up at the beginning of the conference, and will stay up for the entire week. The poster locale is the same as the locale where coffee and tea breaks are organised, and so can be consulted at any time.

Posters should be prepared in modules of 1m x 1,10m. since this is the size of the supporting frame. Currently, there is no restriction on the number of modules, but you are advised not to have too many, since people's patience is limited! If you plan to have more than 3 modules for a given presentation, please let us know, so that we can ensure a sufficient number of supports.

Also, please remember to bring your own scotch tape, to avoid a rush on our limited resources!

There will be a coffee break in the middle of the morning and afternoon; lunch and dinner will be served at the Chateau to all participants in order to enhance opportunities for contact and exchange of ideas. Moreover, the organisers hope and trust that participants stay for the entire meeting, in order to benefit fully from the multidisciplinary nature of the conference. Please note that neither the registration fee nor the price for the meals taken at the Château (this latter being a "package deal" arranged with the caterer for the whole duration of the conference) can be reduced for partial attendance.

Participants wishing to give a paper at the conference (oral or poster) should fill in the abstract submission form which is on this site as soon as possible; the abstracts, and the full programme, will be available for consultation on this site as they become available - please login regularly.

Scientific Programme of the conference

The scientific programme, now reasonably stable, is available by clicking on the programme line in the left hand contents column. Additions and minor modifications to the timing may be expected to occur right up to the conference itself; in particular, the timing of the Thursday afternoon sessions is not yet fixed.
